Last week we brought together Chatbot enthusiasts to talk about where the industry is, where it is heading, and the design challenges facing enterprises and startups in the space. While pure chatbot businesses exist, enterprises see the opportunity to not only scale customer support, but to also offer faster and higher customer satisfaction. Companies big and small are still learning how to deliver the most “natural” chatbot experience for their industry, their customers, and their use cases.
